Cayman Seacrest is a Partner of Jasper Ridge Partners and Chairs the firm’s Portfolio Construction Committee. This committee is responsible for asset allocation, risk management, and investment sizing. Cayman also has leadership responsibilities for the firm’s beta overlay program and for all aspects of fixed income investments; including traditional fixed income, relative value hedge funds and global macro hedge funds. Prior to joining Jasper Ridge Partners in 2011, Cayman was a Director and the Head of Multi-sector Portfolio Management at BlackRock where he managed a variety of fixed income funds and hedge fund strategies. Previously, he worked as a fixed income analyst with Western Asset Management Co. and began his career at Bear Stearns. Cayman earned a BA (with Distinction) in Mathematics from Colorado College, an MA in Mathematics from the University of Colorado and an MS in Mathematics in Finance from the Courant Institute at New York University.
